Tim McGrath was the Senior Director of Player Health and Performance at the Washington Commanders where he led a multidisciplinary team, with the aim of producing the most athletic, healthy and available athletes in the NFL. With a background in physiotherapy and a PhD in ACL injuries, from the University of Canberra, completed in 2016, Tim’s knowledge on return to play mechanisms and pathways is elite. His post-doctoral prorgamme Pitch Ready has accumulated kinematic, capacity, and clinical data across approximately 1,500 athletes, professional and non-professional, spanning the UK, Australia/New Zealand, and the US. Today he solely runs PicthReady, acting as the Director, where they now offer a remote, cloud-based approach to rehab, which encompasses tools that aid guiding bespoke rehabilitation programmes.
