The Sportsmith WhatsApp community is a space for coaches and practitioners to connect, share their work, and talk through the topical issues shaping the field. Ask questions, swap advice, and learn from peers doing the same job you are.

To ensure this community remains valuable and engaging, we’ve established a few ground rules. By joining you agree to the following:

1. Once you’re in, introduce yourself by telling the group your name, a bit about yourself and a link to your LinkedIn profile. Once you do that, all groups will be made available for you to join
2. No self promotion, please. Any ask you may have should be posted in the ‘Asks + Jobs’ group
3. Stay on topic. Use the correct channel for specific conversations
4. Add-value mindset. Please also maintain a professional tone and respect differing opinions. Any inappropriate behaviour will result in removal from the group
