Rich Pruett serves as the Director of Performance for Exos at the headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona. In this capacity, Dr. Pruett leads a multidisciplinary performance team and contributes to various departments including sports science, research, education, and performance innovation. He joined Exos in 2023, following an eleven-year tenure as the Director of Performance for the University of North Georgia Athletics, where he gained substantial experience in both academia and athletics. During his time at UNG, Dr. Pruett earned a master’s degree in exercise science and a doctorate in leadership and higher education. His career in athletics commenced with roles as an assistant and quality control coach for the Georgia Force of the Arena Football League and for the inaugural football program at Georgia State University.
