Matt, equipped with a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science, as well as accreditation from the Association of Strength and Conditioning Coaches, is a Physical Performance Coach in elite football. His tenure includes leadership roles such as the Head of Physical Performance at Swansea City and at MK Dons where he was Head of Fitness and Conditioning.
Previously, Matt was Lead Strength and Conditioning Coach at Leicester City and is presently Physical Performance Coach for the Professional Game Match Officials Limited (PGMOL) and acts as a consultant for the Football Association of Wales.
