Fraser has over a decade of experience supporting athlete and coach development across high-performance sport. He holds a PhD in Sport Science, with research focused on optimising athlete conditioning through high-intensity interval training, and has published multiple peer-reviewed studies in this area. Since 2016, Fraser has applied this expertise as a strength and conditioning coach, working with a range of athletes and teams. He is currently the Head of Strength & Conditioning at North Shore Bombers, a premier Australian Rules Football club in Sydney. His work spans lab- and field-based athlete testing, the design and delivery of integrated performance programs, and the translation of research into practical, athlete-centred strategies. Alongside his applied coaching, Fraser lectures at the University of Technology Sydney in strength and conditioning, exercise prescription, and high-performance sport.
