Bobby’s journey in sports medicine began in 2007 at Louisiana Tech University, where he earned a degree in Clinical Kinesiology and Biology. He went on to complete a Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Central Arkansas, then spent two years practicing clinically in Little Rock, AR, as Clinical Director of an outpatient clinic and Director of Sports Medicine for a semi-professional soccer team.

In 2017, Bobby returned to school at Northern Arizona University to earn a master’s in Athletic Training, which led to an internship with the Denver Broncos. From there, he became Head Athletic Trainer in professional soccer before joining the US Olympic & Paralympic Committee (USOPC) in Chula Vista, CA, helping athletes prepare for their Olympic dreams. He later served as Head Athletic Trainer for the USA Rugby Men’s Sevens Program before stepping into his current role as Assistant Athletic Trainer/Physical Therapist with the Los Angeles Chargers.
