Anders is the Head of Physical Performance at FC Nordsjælland and has worked with the first team for the past five years, following earlier roles within the academy. The club is part of the Right to Dream organisation, a multicultural development environment with academies in Denmark, Ghana, Egypt, and San Diego (USA), and is widely recognised for developing and transitioning talent into professional football. His work is strongly shaped by a long-term development mindset, even within the demands of first-team football. Anders has played a key role in advancing a more scientific approach to physical preparation within the organisation, with a particular focus on gym-based training to develop fast, forceful, and robust players. Anders also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science and a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Copenhagen, with a strong academic focus on anaerobic training and high-intensity interval training (HIIT), principles which he applies extensively in daily practice.
