Alicia currently operates as an U9-16’s Academy Physiotherapist at Brentford Football Club, whilst also coordinating Sports Science and Medicine CPD for the department. Alicia studies a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from the University of Central Lancashire and a Bachelor of Science in Sport & Exercise Therapy from Leeds Beckett University, where she developed her expertise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, physical medicine, and sports injury rehabilitation. She has previously worked within multiple organisations across different sports, such as Rugby League Jamaica and the London Broncos. Supported by a certification in Advanced Trauma Medical Management in Football issued by The Premier League, Alicia is focused on optimizing athlete performance and recovery through evidence-based practices and collaborative team efforts.
