Cassie Sternbach is the Lead 9–16s Physiotherapist at Brentford FC, heading up the medical provision for the foundation and youth development phases. In this role, Cassie leads the medical team and works closely with sports science and coaching staff to create a more aligned and collaborative interdisciplinary approach. With a strong interest in growth and maturation, she focuses on the management and prevention of growth-related injuries common in academy football. Cassie is passionate about implementing strategies and systems that support the development of physical and athletic qualities, helping young athletes return safely to performance after injury while continuing their long-term development. She holds an MSc in Physiotherapy from Brunel University, an MSc in Sport & Exercise Physiology from St. Mary’s University, Twickenham, and a BSc from UCLA.
