Presentation description
In this presentation Jack presents some of the challenges that today’s athletes face. He explains that the demise of play is leading to a number of issues further down the line when youngsters enter elite environments such as those at the Chelsea academy.
Jack goes onto to present ways in which academies and those working with young athletes can provide an antidote to that. Through case studies, he talks about the language of movement and outlines some strategies that coaches can use right away to help athletes develop into the Premier League players of tomorrow.
