About the presenter
Justin Lovett is an experienced high-performance strength and conditioning coach, with extensive experience working at elite level across team and individual sports. Currently acts as the Director of Strength and Conditioning at the LA Rams where he brings extensive experience in NFL performance, integrating strength & conditioning methodology with medical, nutrition, and tactical insights to optimize athlete outcomes. His approach emphasizes contextual decision-making, interdisciplinary collaboration, and evidence-driven programming across the annual training cycle. He is recognized for developing scalable, athlete-specific systems that enhance readiness, reduce injury risk, and drive sustainable performance.
