Justin Lovett is the Director of Strength and Conditioning at the Los Angeles Rams where he leads on all delivery and programming/periodization strategies for the organization. Previous to this role Justin has held a multitude of roles within American Football, previously acting for The University of Georgia, Western Kentucky University, and Purdue University. He studied his undergraduate degree at Colorado State University, gaining a BSc in Exercise and Sport Science in 2003, and then furthered his academic development at PennWest California by completing an MSc in Exercise Science and Health Promotion.
