We are delighted to bring together three of the best minds in our industry when it comes to utilising force plates for performance profiling, fatigue monitoring and rehabilitation. Matt Jordan is a Player Health Consultant and has published many research articles using force plates. Phil Graham-Smith, now working at Manchester Metropolitan University is Co-Founder of ForceDecks and former Biomechanist at Aspire Academy. Paul Read is a Senior Lecturer in strength and conditioning at St Mary's University after previously holding the role of head of the Athlete Assessment Unit at Aspetar Sports Medicine Hospital, Qatar. As well as having time to answer viewer questions, we will discuss:

Where to start when buying force plate technology - what to look out for? What metrics or groups of metrics can we trust? What metrics to use when profiling an athlete? The importance of measuring asymmetries What metrics to use when monitoring athlete fatigue? What metrics to use when tracking an athlete through a rehab?
