Mitch Cholewinski

Mitch Cholewinski built his career in collegiate athletics with positions at Baylor University, the University of Texas, and currently the University of Nebraska. As the Coordinator of Football Sport Science, he leads the collection and analysis of performance and wellness data to inform athlete preparation, optimize development, and support strategic decision-making. Within his prior roles Mitch has built robust athlete monitoring systems, integrating GPS tracking, heart rate variability, blood flow restriction (BFR) and innovative recovery modalities. Holding dual bachelor’s degrees in physics and chemical engineering, Mitch is currently completing a Ph.D. in exercise science and nutrition, blending an engineering mindset with elite sport science.
