Manon ÉLUÈRE is a Group Dynamics Analyst with a PhD in Sport Psychology, specializing in diversity, group dynamics, and the optimization of team functioning in professional sports. As a former volleyball and soccer player, her personal sports and international experiences have always been her safety net, keeping her practical and connected to the reality of the pitch throughout her academic journey. After researching cultural diversity in elite teams—a project notably supported by a UEFA Academy Research Grant—she joined one of the world’s top women’s football clubs as a full-time staff member, pioneering a data-driven approach to team functioning, teamwork, and inclusion. In 2024, she founded GDA, a consulting company dedicated to helping elite sports teams worldwide structure, monitor, and improve their group dynamics through tangible data. The GDA methodology provides practical, science-based insights to empower coaches, staff, and leaders. GDA stands for both Group Dynamics Analysis and Group Dynamics Awareness, emphasizing not only the implementation of structured group monitoring, but also the necessary psychoeducation to maximize the impact of data. Beyond working directly with teams, she also delivers conferences and workshops internationally, bridging the gap between theory and practice. She firmly believes that the right positioning is crucial when working in sport psychology, and that managers and players will always have more influence on the team than any external intervention. Her work ensures they have the right knowledge, tools, and strategic insights to optimize cohesion, leadership structures, adaptability, or any other priority related to team performance.
