Jenny has been with the Oklahoma City Thunder since 2015, currently serving as a performance scientist (CPSS, ASpS, ATC). Within the Human and Player Performance staff, Jenny collaborates on holistic player care strategies, integrating periodization, load management, and physical assessment data to enhance player health and performance. Prior to joining the Thunder, Jenny worked as an athletic trainer at the University of Colorado, Syracuse University, Murray State University, and USA Field Hockey. She earned a Ph.D. in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Technology Sydney, a Master of Science degree in Exercise Science at Syracuse University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from Murray State University. She currently serves on the NBA Biomechanics and Sports Science committees and is involved in applied research initiatives within the club and the league.
