Eric Leidersdorf serves as President and Head of Research and Development at P3, where he helps guide the company’s analytics, biomechanical assessment and athlete development efforts. Over the past decade, he has worked closely with athletes and teams across professional sport to better understand individual movement strategies and inform training interventions. Eric studied Biomechanical Engineering at Stanford University and later completed a Master’s in Applied Analytics at Columbia University. His ongoing work involves bridging the gap between research and practice—translating complex biomechanical data into practical tools that can support athletes, coaches, and performance staff in making grounded decisions.
