Cédric currently works as a lead sport scientist at Paris Saint Germain Football Club. He has also worked for multiple elite football and rugby clubs within organizations like the Premier League and FFR. Prior to this Cedric completed his PhD at Leeds Beckett University, studying the importance of sleep in the recovery process for rugby union players and still continues to develop his understanding of his main research interests, which are centered around training load and fatigue monitoring and how can these facets of sport science can be improved utilising new resting methodologies and technologies.
