Chris Bailey, PhD, CSCS, RSCC*D, is a sport scientist and former Strength and Conditioning Coach and Educator, with over 15 years of experience in performance science research and athlete development. He is currently working as a Senior Analyst focusing in Performance Science for the Minnesota Twins. He previously worked as a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of North Texas, Assistant Professor, Sport Performance Lab Coordinator, and Graduate Program Coordinator at LaGrange College, and Minor League Strength and Conditioning Coach for the San Diego Padres. He completed his PhD in Sport Physiology and Performance at East Tennessee State University in 2014 where he primarily worked baseball as the strength and conditioning coach and sport scientist. His research focuses on sport science, data driven development, and strength asymmetry. He has authored numerous studies and presented frequently in the USA and internationally in these topic areas.
