ProForce Sports Performance

Kevin Hollabaugh began as an athletic training student at the University of Cincinnati before switching to Exercise Science after discovering a passion for using the weight room to prevent injuries. After graduation, he trained athletes at private facilities, served as a Graduate Assistant at the University of South Florida, and later directed two hospital-based performance centers in Indianapolis. In 2014, Coach Kevin founded ProForce Sports Performance in a small spin studio. Under his leadership, it expanded to three Cincinnati-area locations with partnerships at four local high schools. Known for his relentless pursuit of innovation, he ensures ProForce stays at the forefront of sports science and technology. His passion for baseball has helped establish ProForce as one of the Midwest’s top training destinations for baseball players. He has presented nationally and internationally on topics such as arm care and speed development, and recently served as Director of Player Development at the University of Cincinnati. He also currently works as the MiLB Strength and Conditioning Coordinator for an MLB organization. Since 2015, he has also served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Cincinnati. While baseball remains his specialty, Coach Kevin has coached athletes from a wide range of sports throughout his career.
