Mehdi Kordi is currently the Head of Performance Support and Innovation at the INEOS Grenadiers World Tour cycling team. Previously, as a head coach, Mehdi lead the Dutch track sprint cycling team, to historic achievements, including six Olympic gold medals, three world records, and topping the Paris 2024 medals table. Previously, he coached an amateur team (Huub-Wattbike) to become the fifth-fastest “nation” in the Team Pursuit and contributed to British Cycling’s success as a PhD student, scientist and coach. He has also published 25 peer-reviewed scientific papers.
