In this presentation, Head of Performance Therapies at the Brooklyn Nets, James Moore guides us through an adductor pain rehabilitation. Starting off with his views on the challenges of a correct diagnosis, James then moves onto the many things that could make up, “adductor related groin pain”. James then details the basic mechanics of functional diagnosis and finally he takes us through a adductor injury rehab giving you exactly what you need to create your own should you be presented with this issue in your athletes.
