Trey Ford serves as the Head of Athletic Performance for USA Rugby Women’s 7s, where he is dedicated to optimizing athlete performance. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Towson University and a Master’s in Human Performance from Liberty University. With extensive experience in high-performance environments, Trey has contributed to two Olympic Games—Tokyo and Paris—as well as the Pan American Games in Chile. These opportunities have allowed him to refine his methods for enhancing athletic potential at the highest level. In his current role, Trey integrates his expertise in strength and conditioning with a background in corporate wellness to foster a culture of collaboration and empowerment. His leadership is centered on building a supportive team environment, driving athletes to consistently perform at their best.
