Ed is currently the lead physiotherapist within Chelsea FC’s Academy. He is responsible for rehabilitation of the long term injuries in the professional development phase, as well as providing clinical and strategic leadership across all age groups. Before joining Chelsea, Ed worked across a number of different elite sports and organisations including women’s football, Aussie rules, cricket, hockey, and the London 2012 Olympics. He has also worked privately in the UK and Australia consulting with athletes of all ages and abilities. In addition to his undergraduate physiotherapy degree from King’s College London, Ed has gained a Masters degree in musculoskeletal physiotherapy in Perth, Australia, as well as completing multiple postgraduate courses.
