Rob is currently Sport Scientist at the Melbourne Storm Rugby League Club and has been for the past six seasons. He is responsible for sport science servicing which includes load monitoring, athlete testing and analysis of athlete physical performance. His role includes a data handling component which has enabled me to develop skills in the databasing and showcasing of team sport data. Rob holds a strong research interest in the conditioning of team sport athletes and how the impact of competition load can impact training and rehab protocols.
Rob holds an undergraduate degree in Exercise and Sport Science from Deakin University and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Exercise Science from Victoria University. He has published academic papers in sport science journals with a focus on the use of wearable technologies for athlete conditioning.
