Learn from the best speed coaches and researchers in the world.
We have brought together 12 of the world’s best coaches and researchers to share their knowledge and experience through immersive practicals and lectures.
The topic of speed training doesn’t just encompass acceleration and maximum velocity sprinting. It involves deceleration, change of direction, testing, the integration of technology and much more. Then how are all of these elements integrated into a programme, how is each aspect used with healthy athletes versus rehabbing athletes, how is it applied to different sports and populations? Our expert speakers will help you answer these questions.
The University of Pittsburgh’s Petersen Events Center will be the host venue with all practicals and lectures taking place on the incredibly impressive Pitt basketball court.
