Pierre is a French Strength & Conditioning coach and Physiotherapist with over 20 years of experience in elite sports, continuously navigating the intricacies of returning/preparing athletes to peak performance. One of his core skills is the ability to blend theory and practice from various Strength & Conditioning methodologies and physiotherapy approaches, creating effective, individualized rehab and performance strategies. Pierre has worked at Racing 92 first team, where he implemented a structured methodology to ensure a comprehensive integration of all performance elements. His work focused on optimizing player rehabilitation by tailoring training loads, refining movement patterns, and ensuring a seamless return-to-play process. Collaborating closely with the performance staff, Pierre contributed to creating individualized RTP programs that also addressed technical demands. Transitioning to football at AS Monaco first team, he specialized in speed analysis and rehabilitation strategies, working with elite footballers to enhance their sprint mechanics and overall movement efficiency. By combining detailed biomechanical assessments with targeted reconditioning work, Pierre helped players regain their top speed and explosiveness while minimizing reinjury risks. Back at Racing 92 first team, Pierre further refined his rehabilitation approach by incorporating Frans Bosch’s motor control principles, bridging the gap between biomechanics, rehabilitation and ensuring a higher level of transfer to practice. He recently joined Paris Saint-Germain Football pro team as a Rehab & Performance Physio and The French Touch Association as a Head of physical performance. Beyond his club roles, Pierre has been committed to advancing training methodologies in France since 2018, collaborating with EXOS, FMS, and Frans Bosch Systems to deliver high-level seminars. His goal is to provide ongoing education for industry professionals, fostering innovation and elevating performance standards across the field.
