Ben has a background in Sports Rehabilitation, Strength and Conditioning, Lecturing and Performance Management. He has worked within a variety of sports including International and Olympic Rugby Sevens and Premier League Academy Football. Within these organisations Ben has held lead roles managing physical performance teams. His current role is Academy Performance and Medical Manager at Brighton and Hove Albion. A CASES accredited sport scientist and an accredited sport Rehabilitator through BASRAT.
