Fran is the Data and Performance Lead with Arsenal Women FC. He Has worked across the full (almost) performance department as a strength and conditioning coach, sport scientist and rehabilitation coach. Fran is in a leadership role overseeing performance systems, athlete and staff support and decision‑making processes. Previously he has acted in a private capacity and also as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for Fulham FC elite youth athletes. Fran studied solely at St Mary’s Twickenham where he has attained a Masters in Research and a BSc, the first in Sport, Health, and Applied Science (The GPS derived workload of elite academy footballers), and the second in Strength and Conditioning Science.
