Reggie Scott serves as the Senior Vice President of Sports Medicine and Performance for the Los Angeles Rams, entering his 16th season with the organization and 24th year in the NFL. He originally joined the Rams in 2010 as the youngest Head Athletic Trainer in the modern NFL era and rose through roles including Director, Senior Director, and Vice President of Sports Medicine and Performance. In his current position, he oversees sports medicine, athletic training, performance science, nutrition, and strength and conditioning, leading a multidisciplinary team focused on player health, rehabilitation, and performance optimization. Throughout his career, Reggie Scott has been part of four Super Bowl appearances, winning two championships—with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2002) and the Los Angeles Rams(2022). He previously served as acting president of PFATS and earned league recognition, including the 2015 NFL Athletic Training Staff of the Year Award. He also spent six seasons with the Carolina Panthers and one season with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
